Recipe tip I definitely perfer having physical printed out copies to reading off a screen while I'm cooking. My recipe binder is a plastic duotang, and I have those clear sheet cover thingies (don't remember the name, whatevs, you know what I mean), and I put my recipes inside of those so that if I spill ingredients on them I can just wipe it down. I'm not sure how relevant that is to Real Cooking, but when I bake I always get flour and cocoa powder and stuff all over everything, so it's helpful to be able to wipe everything down.ANYWAY. I hope you succeed with your goals, and have a great 2012!
